Dennis J. Ellerbrock, 78, of Belleville, IL, born Thursday, April 10, 1947, in St Louis, MO, passed away Thursday, November 20, 2025 at his residence in Belleville.
Dennis dedicated much of his professional life to the telecommunications industry, working as an engineer for Ameritech. Outside of work, Dennis’s passions painted a full and joyful picture of who he was. He was an active member of the Millstadt Anglers Club, where he enjoyed the camaraderie of fellow fishermen. A talented pool player, cue in hand, ready for a friendly competition. Dennis also had a deep love for singing and cooking-two gifts he shared generously with friends and family. Dennis took pride in building, fixing, and making things better, both in his workshop and in the lives of those around him. He proudly served 4 years in the Navy.
