Dennis A. Hays, 61, passed away at 4 pm on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at home with his family by his side.
He was born on September 26, 1955 in Berkley, MO, the son of Marvin and Betty (Sutton) Hays.
Dennis married Kathleen M. Buel on November 18, 1988 in Alton. She survives.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by five children, Dan Hays of St. Charles, MO, Kevin Buel of Godfrey, Jason Hays of Hecker, IL, Doug Hays of Columbia, MO, Kyle Hays of Godfrey; four brothers, Larry (Darlene) Hays of Alton, Bill (Marge) Hays of Arnold, MO, David (Dorothy) Hays of Collierville, TN, Chris (Sandra) Hays of Indiana; seven grandchildren and many friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Rick Hays.
