Delores M. Katich, 96, of Wilsonville, IL, died at Gillespie Health and Rehab Center, Gillespie, IL on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 9:13 am. She was born April 20, 1927, in Benld, IL to George Chiado & Mary Margherio Chiado Bernardini. She married George W. Katich on November 25, 1948 at St. Joseph's Church, Benld, IL. He preceded her in death on September 26, 1996. She was a homemaker. Delores enjoyed cooking, canning, and going to their cabin call the 6 Pack Den on the river at Hardin. She is survived by her son, George (Debbie Magee) Katich Jr. of Lake Zurich, IL, sister, Catherine Roglis of Mt. Clare, IL, sister in law, Ruth (Jim) Kirk of Festus, MO, several nieces and nephews. Delores was preceded in death by her parents, spouse, brother, Victor Bernardini, sister, Evelyn Brania. Friends may call on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Kravanya Funeral Home in Benld from 9:30 am until 11:00 am.
