Declan Alexander Hierman, 13, went to fly free with the angels on April 7, 2015.
He was born on January 8, 2002 in Alton, Illinois.
He was a very special boy and will be missed dearly. He was loved by many and loved everyone he ever met. He loved music, movies and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his father, Cass Hierman, his step-mother, Wendy Murphy-Hierman, his brothers, Kolyn, Kamryn and Gage; his mother, Kelly Ursch and her boyfriend, Drew Stendeback and his daughter, Lilly Stendeback; an uncle, Michael Ursch and his girlfriend, Elisa Grafford; an aunt, Holly Cheatham; cousins, Collin Ursch and Kennison Cheatham; maternal grandparents, David and Bonnie Ursch; paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Sally Hierman; maternal greatmother, Lena Grindstaff and paternal great grandmother, Dorothy Wydra and other aunts, uncles and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his great grandfathers, Carl Grindstaff, Walter Wydra and Paul Hierman and his great grandmother, Lois Hierman.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, April 11, 2015 at River of Life Family Church in Alton, Illinois.
