David H. Woods, 75, passed away Tuesday February 3, 2015.
He was born on August 10, 1939 in Sterling, IL the son of Roy Kreider & Dorothy (Heiss) Woods.
David married Cheryl Ziolko on July 3, 1965 at St. Blaise Church in Argo, IL.
He retired from the Ferguson/Florissant School District. He enjoyed traveling, cooking, camping and the outdoors.
David is survived by his wife, Cheryl Woods of Holiday Shores, two sons and daughters-in-law, Brett & Lisa Woods of Phoenix, AZ, Bart & Sara Woods of Kearney, MO and a daughter and son-in-law, Heather & Mark Fair of Madisonville, LA; five grandchildren, Cameron, Carter, and Canton Woods; Mason and Nolan Fair; and many loved nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Roy Kreider Woods II
Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life from 1 to 4 pm Saturday February 7, 2015 at the Holiday Shores Club house, 1 Holiday Point Parkway, Edwardsville, IL 62025.
