David Anderson

David Lee Anderson, 72, of Bunker Hill, IL, died at his residence on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at 4:00 am.  He was born December 15, 1951, in Litchfield, IL to David L. Anderson & Gloria Enos Anderson.  He married Leanne Hinthorne Anderson on October 30, 1970 in. Bunker Hill, IL  He was a retired teacher and coach for Bunker Hill School District.  David was a collector of baseball cards.  He was an avid Cardinals and Blues fan.  He loved softball, golf and basketball.  He enjoyed attending kids' sporting events.  He is survived by his spouse, Leanne Anderson of Bunker Hill, IL, children, Jamie (Eric) Osmulski of Peoria, IL, Krisha (Brad) Jarden of Bunker Hill, IL, D. J. (Sydney) Anderson of Bunker Hill, IL, grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Alex, Brady, Abbigail, Rylee, Carson, Haddie, Amelia. sister in law, Vicky Anderson of Brighton, IL and several nieces and nephews.  David was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Roy Anderson.  Friends may call on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at Zion Lutheran Church in Bunker Hill from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm.  Funeral services are Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 11:00 am at Zion Lutheran Church in Bunker Hill.  Burial will be at Bunker Hill Cemetery, Bunker Hill, IL.  Memorials are suggested to Bunker Hill Food Pantry, Bunker Hill High School Sports or Zion Lutheran Church Renovation Project.  Anyone wishing to send an online condolence may do so at www.kravanyafuneral.com.
