Darlene Fox

Darlene R. Fox, 67, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2017, at Willow Rose Nursing and Rehab in Jerseyville.She was born on July 27, 1949, in Wood River, Illinois, the daughter of Paul and Lucille (Mueller) Pollard.Darlene was the manager of the book store at SIUE. She was a member of the catholic faith. She had a love for animals and reading.Survivors include four sisters and their spouses, Beverly and Bob Randolph of Bethalto, Michelle Newgent of Bethalto, Paula and Kevin Haenni of Bethalto, Janice Baldwin of Cottage Hills; one brother, Greg Pollard of Gillespie; and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Geraldine Hartman.A private graveside service will be held at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens.Memorials may be given to Madison County Humane Society.Online condolences can be given at www.eliaskallalandschaaf.com.
