Cynthia “Cindy” Norris, 64, passed away Monday, October 5, 2026, at Evelyn’s House in Creve Coeur, MO.
She was born on January 22, 1962, to the late Donald and Merle Patricia (Walsh) Tippit.
She married Donald Norris in 1990 in Texas.
Cindy was a woman of strong faith and a caring heart with a genuine desire of helping others. Her faith was an important part of who she was, guiding her throughout her life and providing strength and comfort along the way. She was a mother to all, people and pets. Above all, she treasured the time with her grandchildren, children, family, and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Norris; her children, Alena Dames of Missouri, Austin Norris of Kane, Cody Norris (Amber Long) of Kane, Chris Norris of Dow, Martin Bowe of North Carolina, and Shawn Monroe of Kane; two sisters, Debbie (Greg) Mowen of California, and Pam Hoffman of California; a brother, Daniel (Jackie) Hinken of Missouri; seven grandchildren, Alexis Pittore, Dakota (Lydia) Dames-Dace, Taylor Hudson, Jessica Hudson, Remington Norris, Maverick Norris, and Harper Bowe; four great-grandchildren, Vera Rose Pittore, LucyAnne Marie Pittore, Dean Pittore, Jr., and Jimmy Pittore.
In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by a brother, Kevin Tippit; an uncle, Terry Turner; and her grandparents, Dorothy and Ted Turner.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 4 p.m., until 7 p.m. at Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 10 a.m. at Crawford Funeral Home.
Graveside services will immediately follow at Kane Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Family.
