Cynthia Lee Spano, 60, passed away 5:25 a.m. Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at University of Missouri Hospital.
Born in Alton on February 4, 1955, she was the daughter of Wilma (Brown) Titsworth of Bethalto and the late Jimmy L. Titsworth.
She had been a registered nurse at University Hospital.
Surviving in addition to her mother are three sons, Louis Spano, Vincent Spano and Joseph Spano all of Columbia, MO; daughter, Angela Bachman of Columbia, MO; six grandchildren; and a brother, Sam Titsworth of Edwardsville.
Preceding her in death was her father; and a brother, Tom Titsworth.
Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. Saturday at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.
