Cynthia Wallace

Cynthia J. Wallace, 72, died at 3:20 a.m., Thursday, July 25, 2019 at Jerseyville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jerseyville. She was born on January 30, 1947 in Alton to Harry and Doris Neikirk and was a graduate of Alton Senior High School. She married Fred Wallace Jr. on August 1, 1974 and together they shared in 28 years of marriage prior to his death on March 27, 2003. Cynthia worked as a Sales Associate for both Walmart and Kroger and enjoyed bowling, playing bingo and was an avid Chicago Cubs fan. Per her wishes, cremation rights have been accorded and no services are planned at this time. Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville has been entrusted with arrangements.
