Nashua, N.H.—Comella “Cassie” Reynolds died February 8, 2017.
She was born Feb. 22, 1931 in East Alton, IL, the daughter of Charles and Comella Smith.
Cassie and her four brothers were raised on the family farm on Job’s Hill in East Alton.
Cassie was a 1952 graduate of Mary Washington University in Fredericksburg, Va.
Her brothers Newt, Richard and George predeceased her. She is survived by her brother Spencer Smith of Hazelwood, Mo.
She also leaves behind two sons, Brian of Nashua, N.H. and Jason and his wife Thrish and two granddaughters, Julia and Caroline, all from Chelmsford, MA.
Cassie’s wish was to be buried with her parents and brothers in East Alton.
Graveside services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25 at Woodland Hill Cemetery, East Alton.
