Colen Young Tucker, 42, of Granite City, IL, passed away unexpectedly at 5:57 p.m. Tues. Dec. 16, 2025 at Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City.
He was born Feb. 15, 1983 in Rock Springs, WY to Karen (McClain) Dennington of Bernie, MO and the late Steven Michael Tucker.
Colen was an electrician and loved working in his field. He also loved spending time with his family and shooting pool.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his step-father, Kenny Dennington of Bernie, MO, fiancée, Jenna Ferguson, 5 children, Hanna Tucker, Zachary Tucker, Lailah Ferguson, Braxton Tucker, and Kenlee Tucker all of Granite City and many very close cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by 2 children, Brianna Tucker, and Jaxon Young Tucker, and his grandparents, Glen Young and Billie Joyce (Stanford) Tucker.
The family will hold a Celebration of Colen’s life at a later date.
