Cheryl Ann Metzler, 66, passed away Monday, January 29, 2024 at NHC Healthcare in Maryland Heights.
Born Oct. 21, 1957 in St. Louis, she was the daughter of Donald and Jo Ann (Schreiber) Metzler of Alton.
Cheryl was a nurse in the cardiac ICU at Mercy Hospital for several years.
Her life partner, Linda Carol Oliver, preceded her in death Jan. 18, 2009.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two brothers, Mike Metzler of Alton and Don (Kristine) Metzler, Jr. of Maple Grove, MN; and nieces and nephews Zachary Metzler, Emily Eivazzadeh, Benjamin Metzler, and Autumn Metzler; and two great nephews, Jaxson and Lincoln Eivaz.
The family will hold a memorial visitation Saturday, Feb. 3 at Immanuel Lutheran Church-Olivette, 9733 Olive Blvd., St. Louis, MO from 10 a.m. until services begin at 11 a.m.
Memorials may be made to the church or the American Cancer Society.
