Charles M. (Emmer) Davis III

Charles M. (Emmer) Davis III, age 34, of Cottage Hills, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2018, at his home.He was born May 14, 1983, in Alton, the son of Linda (John Clickner) Davis of Douglas, OK and Charles M. (Theresa Craig) Davis Jr. of Georgetown, IN. He loved his ’74 Nova, anything outdoors, BBQ-ing and cooking, and enjoying time with his family and friends.In addition to his parents; he is survived by his fiancée, Christin Neporadny; his sister and brother, Deanna Groves and Mike Jackson of Rosewood Heights, IL; a brother, Billy Neporadny of St. Louis, MO; two nieces, Audry “Ornery” Groves and Sadie “Bug” Jackson; his grandmothers, Lavina McLaren of Hunter, OK and Juanita Kettelhake of Salem, MO; three aunts, Ruth (Dave Trowbridge) Donahue and Carol (Burt) Nelson, both of E. Alton, IL and Sue Shores of S. Roxana, IL; and his future in-laws, Sherry (Terry) Wolz of Licking, MO and Bob Neporadny of O’Fallon, MO; his “poopies” Jaxson and Pixie, and his cats, Chicken Frank and Mouse; cousins, other family members, and many, many friends.Charles was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles M. and Anna Mae Davis Sr. and Richard McLaren; and two angels.  Visitation will be held Friday, February 23, 2018, from 4:00 pm until the time of funeral service at 7:00 pm at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton, IL.A private family burial will take place at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens.Elias, Kallal, and Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton, IL is in charge of arrangements.Online Condolences may be made at www.eliaskallalandschaaf.com
