He was born September 11, 1949, in Kinmundy Twp, IL to Eugene L. Schreier & Ruby (Reese) Schreier. He was a retired farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Schreier of Bunker Hill, IL, children, Raymond Schreier (companion, Audrey Hughes) of Bunker Hill, IL, Eric Schreier of Bunker Hill, IL, Kevin (Kayla) Schreier of Wilsonville, IL, Corinne Schreier of Bunker Hill, IL, Sarah Cranick of Alton, IL, grandchildren, Logan, Luke, Owen, Konrad, Bennett, and Ivan.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents.
