He is survived by his companion, Marilyn Marie Perrine of Godfrey, IL, children, Charles C. Locke, Jr. of Alton, IL, Marcus George Locke of Cape Girardeau, MO, Doreana Mae Locke of Cottage Hills, IL, step children, Laurie Knudsen, Sherrie Perrine, Kevin Perrine, Christine Chartrand, Brad Perrine, Lisa Perrine, Jason Perrine, Randy Perrine, grandchildren, Casey (Walter II) Wade, Cory Locke, Tasha Turner, Connor Locke, Holden Locke, great-grandchildren, Kyra, Ja'nyah, Kr'shawn, Jade'lynn, Walter III, Za'braylee, brother, Billy Locke and sister, Marian Davis.
