Carole Ann Davis, 80, died at 5:34 a.m. Friday, September 21, 2018 at her home in Alton.
Born November 15, 1937 in Jacksonville, IL, she was the daughter of Marshall G. and Iris (Becker) Rodgers. On May 16, 1957 she married Lyndell Lee Davis in Jacksonville. He preceded her in death on August 16, 2001.
Surviving are two sons, Steve Davis (Rebecca Nagel) of St. Louis, MO, and Richard Davis (Rhonda Clark) of Alton, three grandchildren, Jason Lee Davis, Summer Lane Davis, and Christopher Lee Davis.
Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard E. Rodgers.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 27, 2018 at Gent Funeral Home in Alton.
Burial will be at Upper Alton Cemetery.
