Carol R. Marks, 80, graduated to her heavenly home at 5:08 am, Saturday, July 22, 2017 at her home. She was born August 14, 1936 , in Wood River IL, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Lucille (Davis) Heathcott.She survived by a daughter, Paula (Tom) Carach of Bunker Hill. Three sons, Fred Marks of Wood River; Marty and (Julie) Marks of East Alton; Harry (Barb) Marks of Galatia. Nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 10:00am until time of service at noon, at the Bethalto Church of God. Pastor Shea Hughes and Reverend Don Arnold will officiate.Burial will take place at Wanda Cemetery, Memorials can be made to Bethalto Church of God or BJC Hospice. Marks Mortuary is serving the family.
