Carol Fern Schoeneweis, 78, of Plainview, IL, died in Plainview, IL on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 6:21pm. She was born April 10, 1944, in Alton, IL to Karl King & Leona Clark King. She married Rolland Allen Schoeneweis on November 26, 1969 in Meadowbrook, IL. He preceded her in death on September 5, 2013. She was a caregiver. Carol was a member of the Moose Lodge. She is survived by her children, Ricky Schoeneweis, Kathleen Gonzalez, Chad Schoeneweis, Patricia Harbaugh, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, friends, Judy Wallis, Frank Wallis. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, spouse, sibling, Gary King. A public graveside service will be Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 10:30 am at Maple Lawn Cemetery, Fidelity, IL with a gathering to follow at the Plainview Baptist Church.
