Carlisa Ann Allen, 57, passed away 4:15 pm, Thursday, May 31, 2018 at St. Louis University Hospital.
Born in Alton on August 31, 1960, she was the daughter of Carol (Cunningham) Frye of Alton and the Late Rollin Frye.
A homemaker, she enjoyed fishing, playing BINGO and her family. She was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Wood River.
She married Tim Shive, who preceded her in death, then on August 4, 2006 in Edwardsville, she married Randy L. Allen. He survives.
Surviving also are a son, Tim Shive (Andrea Parrish) of Bethalto; daughter, Jennifer (Jonathan) Watts of Mariion; stepchildren, Glenn Allen of Wood River, Bethany (Barry) White of Union Church, MS, Victoria Allen of Glen Carbon; four grandchildren, Braden, Briley and Brody Watts, Clint Shive; seven step grandchildren; brother, Christopher (Christina) Frye of Saucier, MS; several nieces and nephews including, Alicia Frye, Josh Betts, Chris and Scott Wilson; and her best friend, Ouida Hynum..
Her father and sister, Monisa Frye Crago preceded in death.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation rites were accorded. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Alton 5 A's Shelter.
