Bonnie Ann Nunn, 75, passed away 6:03 a.m., Saturday, April 1, 2017 at her daughter's residence.
Born on May 5, 1929 in Marion, KY, she was the daughter of Robert R. and Dolpha (Ford) Fritts.
She had been the manager for the Worden St. Apartments for over 30 years.
On March 7, 1947 in Marion,KY, she married Robert F. Nunn. He died September 19, 2008.
Surviving are two daughters, Cheryl A. Raines (Jim) Caldwell of Alton, Robin "Bobbi" (Paul) Cerutti of Godfrey; five grandchildren, Laura Mellenthin (Keith Coakley), Thomas (Monica) Payne, Jane (Jay) Schmidt, Todd Peters, Sarah (Chad) Bruce; six great grandchildren, Matthew Mellenthin (Aria Ordlock), Alyssa Payne, Katie Payne, Andrea Mellenthin, Zack Schmidt, Alex Schmidt; two brothers, Robert D. Fritts of Bethalto and Paul G. (Martha) Fritts of Edwardsville.
Her parents; husband; grandson, Matthew Payne; grandson-in-law, Andy Mellenthin; brother, Doug Fritts; son-in-law, Roger Raines; and sister-in-law, Shirley Fritts preceded in death.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Marks Mortuary in Wood River where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday. Bishop David Sever will officiate.
Burial will follow in Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
Memorials may be made to the Calvary Baptist Church in Alton, where she had served as a Sunday School Teacher for 60 years.
