Bobby Lee Cox, Sr, 61, passed away 11:23 a.m., Saturday, April 2, 2016 at his residence.
Born in Alton on May 3, 1954, he was the son of Otis R. and Nia (Hooper) Cox.
Surviving are son, Bobby L. Cox, Jr.; daughter, Mandy Cox; four step-children, Dawayne, Christina, Jennifer and Jane; nine grandchildren; and five great grandchildren
Preceding in death were his parents; three brothers, Dennis, Billy and Ronnie Cox; and a sister, Linda Craine.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 16 at the 1st Christian Church in Alton.
Marks Mortuary in Wood River is in charge of arrangements.
