Betty Jo Metzger, 88, of Fosterburg, IL, passed away at 8:29 p.m. Thurs. July 20, 2017 at her home with her daughter at her side.
She was born Aug. 20, 1928 in Moberly, MO to the late Marshall May & Irene Bernice (Fisher) Dinwiddie.
Survivors include her daughter: Michelle DeLaurenti of Alton: 2 grandsons: Benjamen and Charles Best; and 7 great-grandchildren: Makayla, Daniel, Elliegh, Chuck, Allen, Alivia and Stacy Best.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 husbands: Joseph DeLaurenti, Bunn Winter and Wayne Metzger.
Mrs. Metzger made an anatomical gift of her body to Washington University.
