Beryl B Targhetta, 97, of Brighton, passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at LaBella of Edwardsville.
She was born on December 14, 1926, in Bunker Hill, the daughter of the late Clarence “CE” and Luella (Mamie) Burton.
Beryl married Nelson Targhetta on March 13, 1947, in Bunker Hill. He preceded her in death on May 19, 2008. She worked at Targhetta & Gable Insurance in Medora, was a home maker, and helped Nelson at the Targhetta Funeral Homes.
She is survived by two sons Randall (Mariana) Targhetta and Brad (Ronda) Targhetta; grandchildren Julie (Keith) Johnson, Valerie (Bruce) Braden, Mandy (Cory) Darr, Wade (Sarah) Joiner, and Jennifer (Chris) Selley; great grandchildren Everett, Blake, Nora, Weston, Samantha, Gracie, and Ellery.
Visitation will be held from 9 am until the time of funeral service at 11 am on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at Anderson Family Funeral Home in Brighton.
Burial will follow at Brighton Cemetery.
