Ava Schnettgoecke

Ava John Schnettgoecke, came into this world as an angel at 6:49 a.m., Monday, December 4, 2017 at Alton Memorial Hospital.
She was the deeply loved and anticipated second daughter born to John "Johnny" and Katelyn "Katie" (McIver) Schnettgoecke, and little sister to Vivienne David Schnettgoecke all of Jerseyville.
Also surviving are Ava's grandparents, David and Cindy McIver of Jerseyville, and Robert and Barbara Schnettgoecke of Grafton; her great grandparents, Blanche Kamp of Jerseyville, Joan Schnettgoecke of St. Charles, Mo., and Leslie Grossius of Jerseyville.
She was greeted in Heaven by her great grandparents, Evelyn Paris, Harold "Andy" McIver, David Kamp and Robert Schnettgoecke.
A Mass of the Angels will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 9, 2017 at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Jerseyville, Father Martin Smith will officiate.
She will be laid to rest in the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Cemetery in Jerseyville.
