Arthur Lincoln 'Cowboy' Moore, 69, of East Alton, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2019, at St. Anthony's Hospital in Alton.
He was born June 23, 1950, in Belle County, TX.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Jean (Scott) Moore of East Alton; daughter, Laura J. Ottwell of East Alton; son, Kyle Dean Carter of East Alton; brother, Larry Paul Moore of Rushville; and a friend who was like a sister, Diane Eunice.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Moore; mother, Vivian (Lawrence) McCloud; his first wife, Dorothy Moore and eight siblings.
