Ardath Flener, 74 of East Alton passed away Saturday, October 29, 2016 at her home.  She was born July 10, 1942 in Detroit, Michigan to Milton and Alberta (Cveric) Alga.  She married john Flener in 1978, in Flint, MI.She is survived by her husband, John Flener of East Alton; son, Blake Flener of Edwardsville and five grandchildren, Treacy, Isabelle, Aidan, Isaac and Adalyn.The family will greet friends from 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights, until the time of procession at 11:45 a.m.  Burial will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.  Online guestbook available at www.paynicfh.com.
