Anna Bell Bick, 88, formerly of East Alton, passed away 5:15 am, Tuesday August 14, 2018 at Maple Wood Alzheimer Special Care Center.
Born in Morgan County on January 26, 1930, she was the daughter of Warren and Martha (Vortman) Bunch.
Anna Bell was a registered nurse and supervisor at Wood River Township Hospital for 30 years before retiring. In addition, she and her husband co-owned "J.O." Bick Pizza in East Alton.
She is survived by a step-son, James Bick of Bethalto; step-daughter, Jane Bagent of Wood River; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, Byron Bunch of Shellknob, MO; and sister-in-law, Dixie Bunch of Shellknob, MO.
Preceding in death were her parents; husband; and two brothers, Robert Bunch and James Bunch.
Visitation will be from 10:30 am until time of service at 11 am, Saturday, August 25 at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens Chapel in Bethalto. Rev. Richard Newcom will officiate.
Memorials may be Baptist Children's Home and Family Services or Alzheimer's Disease Foundation.
