Alfred Gobble

Alfred Wendell Gobble, 74, of Bethalto, IL, passed away at 12:38 p.m. Mon. Dec. 4, 2017 at his home.He was born Nov. 7, 1943 in Zalma, MO to the late Alfred Willis Gobble & Lillian Pauline (Withers) Beckman.He retired from Boeing as a machinist after 33 ½ years of service.Survivors include a daughter: Jenny Marie (James) Modlin of Edwardsville, IL; 2 sons: Gregory Gobble of Edwardsville and Aron (Emily) Gobble of East Alton, IL; and 10 grandchildren: Maddison Gobble, McKinlee Gobble, Rylee Gobble, Henrik Gobble, Emily Modrusic, Jordan Lodges, Wyatt Modlin, Kannon Modlin, Zoey Modlin and Silas Modlin.The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.Arrangements with online information and guestbook through Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory may be found at www.wojstrom.com.
