Sherri Lynn Cooper, 52, passed away at 8:47 pm, on Friday March 2, 2012 at her residence with her family by her side.
She was born in Alton, IL on December 12, 1959 the daughter of Kenneth Whyers and Julia “Judy” (Yarborough) Clark.
She loved spending time at the beach and with her family.
She is survived by her daughter Stevie Ingold and her husband Jason Ingold of Elsah, IL; mother Judy Clark of Godfrey; a special aunt, Shirley Blasa of East Alton; a brother and his wife Rick and Billie Whyers, of Elsah; two sisters and their husbands, Lisa and Maurice Parnell of Godfrey, and Elizabeth and John Ehrhardt of Oklahoma City; and a close friend that was like a sister, Laura Jones-Malson, of East Alton. She was the nana of Jordan Michael Ingold and a wonderful aunt to several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her husband Michael Cooper; a step father Don Clark, special uncle, Herschel Blasa, an uncle Donnie Yarborough, and an aunt Margie Tuttle.
Per her wishes cremation rites were accorded
