Jacob Elledge

Jacob "Jake" Carson Elledge, 36, passed away at 9:47 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at his residence. He was born on January 12, 1974 in Alton the son of Don and Mary (Naville) Elledge.


He married the former Misty Johnson on April 29, 2006 in East Alton and she survives. Other survivors include his expectant twin children: Carson and Roslyn Elledge, one sister and brother in law: Jenny and Brandon Johnson of Wood River, one brother: Johny Elledge of Wood River, one niece and nephew: Kaden and Kylen Johnson of Wood River, his father in law: Bill Johnson of Washington State, his mother in law: Teresa Bidwell of Washington State, his brother in law: Chris Page of Washington State, his grandmother in law: Kathy Gladden of Washington State, several aunts, uncles, and cousins all who loved him dearly.


He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Delbert and Mildred Naville and his paternal grandparents: Alfred and Betty Elledge.


He was formerly employed at Ticketmaster in the IT Department. He enjoyed playing his guitar and he loved spending time with his family.


Visitation will be from 4pm to 8pm with a prayer service at 4pm on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at Pitchford Funeral Home in Wood River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10am on Friday, May 7, 2010 at Holy Angels Parish in Wood River. Father James Flach will be the celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Godfrey.


In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Carson and Roslyn Elledge Trust Fund and will be accepted at the funeral home.
