Pauline J. Maguire, 86, passed away at 12:20 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at VIP Manor in Wood River.
Born in North Calhoun County Oct. 15, 1923, she was a daughter of Oden G. and Zella (Behnen) Miller.
She married Phillip C. Maguire Feb. 17, 1946 in Batchtown. He passed away Sept. 6, 2004.
Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Judith Maguire of Wood River and Phillip and Patricia Maguire of Wildersville, Tenn.; four grandchildren and their spouses, Adam and Alison Maguire, Patricia and John Huch, Marcus and Jennifer Hutson, and Jim and Jody Davenport; and 7 great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; a sister; and eight brothers.
Visitation will be Monday, May 3 at Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights from 9 a.m. until time of service at 10 a.m.
She will be laid to rest with her husband Phillip at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
