Henry "Hank" Muyleart Jr. died at 4:31 pm on Sat. January 9, 2010 at his residence. He was born Dec. 4, 1960 in Granite City the son of Henry P. and Anna (Leaner) Muyleart Sr. of Fairmont City.
Hank grew up attending St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Granite City, was a member of the Alton Eagles Lodge Foe#254 and the Alton Owls Club. He retired in 1998 as owner/operator of Muyleart Plastering.
Surviving are two brothers; Lou Muyleart of Maryville and Joe Muyleart of Fairmont City, three sisters; Peggy Holmes of Granite City, Cathy Eade and Diane Muyleart both of Fairmont City, a lifelong friend; Wilson Schwager of Alton and good friend Ed Cronin of Alton and also leaves many other friends as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4 - 8 pm Wednesday at Gent Funeral Home where funeral services will be at 11:00 am Thursday. Burial will be at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey and memorials may be made to The Salvation Army. Additional information and online guestbook may be found at www.gentfuneralhome.com.
