Terry Weinman

Terry "T" Wayne Weinman, age 54 died at 11:33 am on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009 at his residence. He was born in Alton on August 22, 1955 the son of Alvin and Marianne (Smith) Weinman of Godfrey. Terry had worked in the tube mill at Olin for many years as well as AEL Industries in Bethalto and was currently working out of the Boilermakers Local 363 in Belleville. He enjoyed his work as a sound technician for the Crosswinds and Griffin Bands. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Godfrey and an avid St. Louis Cardinal Baseball fan. Besides his parents he is survived by a brother; Wesley Weinman and his wife Debbie of Brighton, two sisters; Sandy Girdler and her husband Steve of Danvers, IL and Kathlyn Weinman of Godfrey and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 9:00 until service time at 11:00 AM on Friday at Gent Funeral Home in Alton with the Rev. Tom Olney officiating. Burial will be at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey and memorials may be given to the Faith Baptist Church.
