Helen Marie Fennell, 68, died at 2:25 pm Friday February 20, 2009 at St. Louis University Hospital.
She was born on November 18, 1940 in Golden Pond, KY, the daughter of Eulas B. & Winnie Maude (Finch) Fennell.
She was a member of Brown Street Baptist Church in Alton.
She is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Billie & Mary Fennell of Godfrey, one sister and brother-in-law, Susie & Jim Jackson of Carlinville, one aunt, Gladys Fennell Wallace of Hopkinsville, KY; one brother-in-law, Raymond Fields of Godfrey, one sister-in-law, Iva Fennell of Hardin, KY and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Jack & Al Fennell; and one sister, Jean Fields.
In celebration of her life, visitation will be from 11 am until time of funeral services at 1 pm Tuesday February 24, 2009 at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Godfrey.
Burial will follow at Valhalla Memorial Park Cemetery in Godfrey.
