Mary M. Brown, 64, passed away 6 am, Thursday, May 17, 2018 at her residence.
Born in Wood River on August 2, 1953, she was the daughter of Margaret (Klaus) Weerts.
She had been a clerk for Shop and Save before retiring.
On December 28, 1973 in Rosewood Heights, she married Mark Brown. He survivies.
Surviving also are three sons, Christopher Brown (Ashley Kremke), Brian (Amanda) Brown, Adam (Kori) Brown; and three grandchildren, Lucas, Jennifer and Jordyn Brown.
She was preceded in death by her mother; brother, Richard Weerts; and sister, Ruth McNeil.
Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Monday at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
