Nicholas Storm Middleton, 25, passed away Tuesday April 10, 2018 at Integrity Rehabilitation Center in Alton.
Nick lived in this world on his own terms. His fierceness for life was matched only by the size of his heart and his love for family and friends.
Nicholas will forever live in the hearts of his mother and stepfather Melanie (Middleton) and Brian O'Neal of Alton, father Jeff Gagne of Kalispell, MT, brother Andrew Middleton (Emilee Pruett) of Alton, maternal grandparents Robert and Mary (Bryant) Middleton of Alton, paternal grandmother Cheryl (MacArthur) Gagne of Manchester, ME, cousin and best childhood friend Nathan Evans of Colrain, MA and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Roland Gagne Sr. in 1997.
Nicholas' family would like to extend a note of gratitude to Heartland Hospice for their excellent care.
In celebration of his life, memorial visitation will be from 5pm until time of celebration of life services at 7pm on Monday, April 16, 2018, at Bethalto Church of God. Pastor Shea Hughes will officiate.
