Quincy Notre Dame followed with two more players tied for third. Sophomores Noah Kasparie and Michael Lepper each shot 2-under 69. Zander Rutz, a sophomore from Breese Mater Dei, placed fifth at even-par 71.
Three players tied for sixth at 2-over 73: Hudson Gilliland and Grant Howard of Belleville Althoff Catholic, and Grant Lepper of Quincy Notre Dame.
Four players tied for ninth at 3-over 74: Bryce Toennies and Bennett Moss of Breese Mater Dei, Sam Johnson of Alton Marquette and Brayden Kerns of Glen Carbon Father McGivney.
Will Kampwerth and Maddox Rakers of Breese Mater Dei and Kale Friye of Quincy Notre Dame tied for 13th at 4-over 75.
Sam Jun of Alton Marquette, Bentley Miller of Belleville Althoff Catholic, Jack Stirnaman of Glen Carbon Father McGivney, and Mason Meyer of Breese Mater Dei tied for 16th at 5-over 76.
Alex Winkeler of Waterloo Gibault Catholic placed 20th at 6-over 77, followed by Olliver Hendrian of Quincy Notre Dame in 21st at 7-over 78.
Nash Bradley of Waterloo Gibault Catholic, Sam Sink of Glen Carbon Father McGivney, and Chase Pruitt of Alton Marquette tied for 22nd at 9-over 80.
Kaden Medford and Hubert Allen of Alton Marquette and Eli Carlson of Glen Carbon Father McGivney tied for 25th at 10-over 81.
Garrett Patton of Waterloo Gibault Catholic was 28th at 11-over 82. Reed Sparrow of Quincy Notre Dame and Tony Mathews of Alton Marquette tied for 29th at 12-over 83.
In the team standings, Quincy Notre Dame captured the team title with a 279, finishing five strokes under par. Belleville Althoff Catholic placed second at 290, while Breese Mater Dei finished third with a 294.
Marquette and Glen Carbon Father McGivney tied for fourth at 311.
