PEARL/HARDIN - Illinois State Police troopers arrested a Pearl, Ill., man on Oct. 26, 2026, on outstanding warrants.Joel A. Carlton, 42, was arrested on warrants originally filed by the Calhoun County State’s Attorney’s Office on Aug. 25, 2025.
