GODFREY — Women in the Riverbend are invited to connect, learn, and grow at the upcoming LeadHERship Seminar, taking place Friday, September 25, at Enjoy Church in Alton.
Presented by the RiverBend Growth Association and co-sponsored by Cope Plastics and Waggoner Equipment Rental, the LeadHERship Seminar is designed to empower women through professional development, meaningful connections, and conversations focused on leadership, personal growth, and success.

The event will bring together women from across the Riverbend for an engaging experience that encourages participants to expand their leadership skills, gain new perspectives, and build relationships with other women in the business and professional community.
“LeadHERship is about creating opportunities for women to learn from one another, build confidence and support each other as leaders,” said Stefanie Withers, RBGA Member Engagement Director. “We are excited to bring women together for an inspiring and meaningful event that celebrates the many ways women are making a difference in our workplaces and communities.”
The seminar will feature two speakers: Erin Bickle, One Drop Changes Everything: The Ripple Effect, and Jackie Duty, Cultivating Unshakeable Confidence in Your Career and Personal Life.
Attendees will also have opportunities to have lunch, network, connect, and participate in activities.
