JERSEYVILLE — Jersey Community High School’s junior varsity and girls wrestling teams posted multiple top finishes Friday, Jan. 30, 2026, at a tournament at the school, with five wrestlers going undefeated to win their brackets.
Charlotte Hinkson, Max Hale, Colton Settles, Karter Scott and Tate Valsted each finished first in the meet. Scott is a sixth-grader and Valsted is a seventh-grader.
Jersey also brought home two second places and five third places in the meet as the wrestling program overall continues to have significant success.
