All primary entrances and exits will remain open and accessible to the apartment buildings on this portion of Esic Drive during the improvement project. The Esic Drive entrance to the Metro East Lutheran High School athletic fields also will be maintained. However, no through traffic will be allowed between the north and south end of this section of Esic for the duration of the work.

The City of Edwardsville has contracted with RCS Construction Inc. of East Alton for this project.

Construction will take place during the daytime hours Monday through Friday; the work schedule is weather-dependent. Notices have been distributed to residents in the area; all others who travel this section of Esic Drive will need to take an alternate route. The City apologizes for any inconvenience while the project is ongoing.
