EDWARDSVILLE - Dennis and Jan (née Stelloh) Reilly of Edwardsville are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary.
Their lives together began on August 20th, 1966, when they were married at Immacolata Church in Richmond Heights, Missouri. Over the past six decades, they built a life centered on faith, family, friendship, and a love of adventure.

Dennis and his bride, Jan were blessed with three wonderful children: Becki Reilly of Edwardsville; Erin Reilly Logan(deceased); Jim Logan of Edwardsville; Christopher and Tracy Reilly of Windsor, CO.
Along with their children, they are celebrated by their grandchildren and bonus grandchildren, Jared & Madelynn Meyer of Boyd, TX, Nicholas Logan of Des Moines, IA, Kathryn Logan and Layne Logan of Edwardsville, Madeline Miller of Terra Haute, IN, Mallory Miller, and Mimi Miller of Edwardsville, IL, Hunter Allen of Ft. Collins, CO, Sloane Allen of Edwardsville, Tatum Reilly and Jax Reilly of Windsor, CO, Conner and Alana Hodgdon of Windsor, CO, Alex Hodgdon of Cross Lake, MN, Austin Roberts of Coeur d'Alene, ID, Ashley Roberts of La Jolla, CA, and Carter Roberts of Windsor, CO.
They are also proud great-grandparents to Cash, Twila, Rosie Belle, Ace and Delihlia.
Dennis, now retired, spent his career as a mechanical engineer. He worked for many years at Olin Brass, Olin Technology and R&D Center and later at Winchester Ammunition, a division of Olin. His career with Olin took the family to Madison, Connecticut, on two occasions and later to Oxford, Mississippi. Dennis operated several small businesses over the years, Reilly Landscape and B&R Builders. Even in retirement, his years of hard work, knowledge, craftsmanship, and willingness to help, continue to benefit his family in countless ways.
Jan, a woman of many talents, is also retired after careers as a teacher at Civic Memorial High School in Bethalto, IL, and Daniel Hand High School in Madison, CT, HVAC installer, Wallpaper Master, a salesperson at Hammonasset Ford Lincoln Mercury in Madison, CT, and a kitchen and bath designer at Fox Plumbing in Collinsville, IL.
The couple have been longtime members of St. Boniface Church in Edwardsville. Throughout their marriage, they have shared a passion for travel, especially throughout Europe. Their love of exploring has led them to plan countless trips for friends and to create lasting memories, while traveling with close friends, children, and grandchildren. Their adventurous spirit and appreciation for experiencing new places have inspired many of those around them.
Dennis and Jan are grateful for the love and support of their family and friends over the past 60 years and look forward to celebrating this special milestone together. It is through deep faith, a strong sense of humor, deaf ears, and a lot of patience that they are still in love today.
