Charlotte Liley, DNP, CNLALTON – Charlotte Liley, DNP, CNL, has accepted the position of vice president, chief nursing officer for OSF HealthCare Saint Anthony’s Health Center in Alton. She will assume her new role on August 16, and she will report to Lisa Schepers, DNP, MBA, RN, NE-BC, president, OSF Saint Anthony’s.

"Charlotte’s experience, clinical expertise and passion for compassionate care make her an outstanding addition to our leadership team. She will help guide nursing operations, support quality outcomes and continue building a culture that puts patients and Mission at the center of everything we do." said Lisa Schepers, DNP, MBA, RN, NE-BC, president, OSF Saint Anthony’s.

Charlotte joined the Ministry in 2020 as manager of in-patient Med/Surg at OSF Saint Anthony’s. She most recently served as director of Professional Practice and Nursing Operations at OSF Saint Anthony’s. Some of Charlotte’s key accomplishments include acting as the Magnet Program director and helping to lead OSF Saint Anthony’s to their first Magnet Designation with Distinction. She is also proud of the work that has been done around nursing retention and decreasing nursing turnover in the first year. Charlotte recently became a member of the Madison County Health Advisory board and looks forward to participating in activities that help support her community.

Charlotte earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Louis University. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri, where she also earned a Master of Science in Nursing. She went on to earn a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Aspen University in Phoenix, Arizona.
