EDWARDSVILLE - Bryson Bogle is only in the fourth grade, but he already understands the importance of helping others.
For his kindness, Bryson Bogle is a Student of the Month for the Edwardsville Community Unit School District #7.

Bogle attends Worden Elementary School and loves studying math. He especially enjoys addition and multiplication. He is proud to learn more about division this year.
His teacher noted that Bogle is “considerate of others and consistently shows care and kindness toward his classmates and teachers.” He “makes people feel noticed and welcomed” by greeting them with a smile.
Recently, Bogle noticed Principal Dana Morton was sweeping up mud. He felt it was a “big mess to clean up herself,” so he offered to help without being prompted. This is just one example of Bogle’s kind heart.
In his free time, Bogle enjoys playing and watching soccer, baseball and hockey. He roots for St. Louis City, the Cardinals, and the Blues.
He also helps his grandfather, who is a farmer. This has inspired Bogle, and he can’t wait to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps.
“I like to help Grandpa on the farm. I drive the tractor for him,” he said. “I’m really good at it. My grandpa’s farm is by my old school and I work with him all the time. I know how to be a farmer.”
