Yates allegedly “forcefully threw an unknown liquid substance” on another individual while at Tony’s Ranch House in Godfrey without legal justification.
On the same date, Yates was reportedly involved in a motor vehicle collision between his 2017 GMC pickup truck and a 2008 Maserati coupe. After causing damage to the car, Yates reportedly failed to notify the vehicle’s owner or the nearest police agency to report the accident.
The Madison County Sheriff’s Office presented the case against Yates, who was ordered remanded to jail for his initial appearance in court.
All individuals charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
