ALTON - The American Junior Golf Association is seeking volunteers for its tournament June 8-11, 2026, at Spencer T. Olin, with organizers asking community members to sign up ahead of next week’s event.

The available roles include timing and water stations, water rover and medic.

Timing and water station volunteers will “record groups’ times at timing station holes and set-up/handout water to AJGA junior golfers,” according to the event information.

Water rover volunteers will “refresh and ice down AJGA water coolers on the course throughout the day.”

Medic volunteers will “provide medical assistance to players if needed.” The event information says “the AJGA requires a medic to be on-site at all times golf is being played.”

Organizers also encouraged supporters to share the volunteer call with their networks.

Volunteers can sign up directly through https://volunteersignup.org/HFCJX. The tournament takes place next week at Spencer T. Olin from June 8-11, 2026.
