Cam Golike.BELLEVILLE — Marquette Catholic’s boys basketball team erased a 15-0 deficit and pulled away in the fourth quarter to beat Althoff Catholic 56-44 on Tuesday night, Feb. 3, 2026, in Belleville.

Althoff opened with a 15-0 run and led 20-8 after the first quarter and 26-20 at halftime. The game was tied 32-32 after three quarters before Marquette outscored Althoff 24-12 in the fourth to secure the win.

The victory was Marquette’s 17th of the season, with five losses, under head coach Steve Medford.

Cam Golike scored 18 points to lead Marquette. Chase Jones added 17 points, and Cam Jones had 14.

Steve Brown led Althoff with 13 points, and Kyle Johnson scored eight points.

Marquette is scheduled to play Friday at Father McGivney Catholic and host Duchesne on Saturday, Feb. 7.
