According to Southwestern girls volleyball coach Derek Dempsey, Anderson showed significant improvement last season, particularly on defense and in serving.

Both Anderson and senior Zurheide contributed a strong presence at the net for the Piasa Birds during the 2025 season.

Dempsey noted Anderson’s great potential for the upcoming year, again highlighting her defensive growth and solid performance in service points.

The team aims to build on these strengths as they prepare for future competition.
