
MARYVILLE – A man accused of fleeing from police is among two Missouri residents facing felony charges in Madison County after allegedly possessing stolen vehicles.

Wardell Wilson, 38, of Florissant, Mo. was charged on Nov. 14, 2025 with one count of unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle, a Class 2 felony.
Wilson was allegedly knowingly in possession of a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan bearing a Missouri registration number on April 15, 2025 which he reportedly knew had been stolen. On the same day, he also reportedly knowingly attempted to elude a peace officer at over 21 miles per hour above the legal speed limit after being given a visual or audible signal from the officer to stop the vehicle.
The Pontoon Beach Police Department presented the case against Wilson, who was granted pretrial release from custody.
Kevin K. George, 43, of St. Louis, was charged on Nov. 21, 2025 with a Class 2 felony count of unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
George reportedly possessed of a Ford Econoline U-Haul truck with an Arizona registration number while knowing the vehicle had been stolen on Oct. 9, 2025.
The case against George was presented by the Maryville Police Department, and he was also ordered released from custody pending trial.
All individuals charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
